3 STEPS TO GETTING STARTED
Once your account is activated, you’ll find yourself on the Audiences page. This is home base, where you'll generate new audiences and monitor campaign performance.

Okay, let’s break it down.
#1. Connecting your Facebook & Shopify accounts 🌐
Connecting your Facebook ad account and Shopify store couldn’t be easier. To set up your integrations, head to the Integrations tab. Follow the simple steps to connect each, being sure to allow any permissions requested.

#2. Generating AI audiences 🧑🔬
Generate your first set of AI audiences by selecting the Generate new audiences button on the Audiences page.
Here, you'll find everything you need to build your first set of AI Audiences. To get started, simply select the ad platform where you'll be advertising to the audiences, pick your preferred lookalike size to start with, and then hit Generate & send to platform.
We'll automatically migrate your AI Audiences to your ad account. This process can take a few minutes to sync but you'll get an email when the audiences are loaded up and ready to use.
On the right-hand side of the audience generation modal, you'll find more details on your AI Audiences, including: the data sources our algorithm used to construct the seed audiences, the 5 lookalikes built off those seeds, and the customer criteria that define each audience.
#3. Deploying on Facebook 🎯
Your new AI Audiences will be delivered directly to your ad account.

Every Proxima account comes with unlimited user seats, for free.
To add a new team member to an account, click on your profile icon in the lower-left corner and select Brand settings, then hit Invite user. Enter their email, click Send invite, and your team member will soon receive an email with instructions on getting connected to your brand's Proxima account.
