Step 1: Create a Proxima Account (if you haven't already)
If you haven't yet logged into Proxima for the first time, you can set up your account here.
Step 2: While you’re in the Proxima App, please connect your Shopify store

Why the Shopify Connection Matters:
Empowers us to create personas based on your buyers by looking at their purchase activity across our Commerce Graph (Over 73M users).
Enables us to see which buyers converted from which ads - ultimately helping us understand which kinds of customers react to different formats.
Step 3: Disconnect & Reconnect Meta
Within the same Integrations Page locate Meta Integration section.
Click on the Connected status.
A pop-up window will appear. Select Disconnect to remove the connection.
Once disconnected, the same pop-up will remain open.
Click Get Started to begin the reconnection process.
A popup will appear and select the correct Business Portfolio to connect to Proxima - click "Continue"
Follow the prompts and choose the Ad Account & Pages that you advertise and then click "Save" at the end.
Why the Meta Connection Matters:
Allows helps us see your ads and therefore create analysis to understand what’s working for which types of customers.
We should also explain how connecting to meta helps us see their ads, and get the ad assets for analysis to understand what’s working for which types of customers.
