Disconnecting and Reconnecting Shopify & Meta

Step 1: Sign In

  • Log in to your Proxima account here.

Step 2: Go to Integrations

  • In the left-hand sidebar, click Integrations to open your integrations dashboard.

Step 3: Disconnect & Reconnect Shopify

  • Locate the Shopify Integration section.

  • Click on the Connected status.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Select Disconnect to remove the connection.

  • Once disconnected, the same pop-up will remain open.

  • Click Get Started to begin the reconnection process.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Shopify App Store, where you can complete the integration setup.

Step 4: Disconnect & Reconnect Meta

  • Within the same Integrations Page locate Meta Integration section.

  • Click on the Connected status.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Select Disconnect to remove the connection.

  • Once disconnected, the same pop-up will remain open.

  • Click Get Started to begin the reconnection process.

  • A popup will appear and select the correct Business Portfolio to connect to Proxima - click "Continue"

  • Follow the prompts and choose the Ad Account & Pages that you advertise and then click "Save" at the end.
