Disconnecting and Reconnecting Shopify

Step 1: Sign In

  • Log in to your Proxima account here.

Step 2: Go to Integrations

  • In the left-hand sidebar, click Integrations to open your integrations dashboard.

Step 3: Disconnect Shopify

  • Locate the Shopify Integration section.

  • Click on the Connected status.

  • A pop-up window will appear. Select Disconnect to remove the connection.

Step 4: Reconnect Shopify

  • Once disconnected, the same pop-up will remain open.

  • Click Get Started to begin the reconnection process.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Shopify App Store, where you can complete the integration setup.

  • Follow the prompts to reconnect your Shopify store to your Proxima account.
