If you happen to experience an issue with an integration or receive an error message, it is recommended that you disconnect and then reconnect the integration. This can help resolve any issues and re-establish the connection between systems.
Disconnect the Facebook integration
Complete the following steps:
Navigate to the integrations setup page in Proxima. Your connected integrations will have a green checkmark.
Select the Facebook integration tile.
Click Disconnect in the right-side panel.
Navigate to your Facebook Business Settings.
Under Accounts, choose the ad account you want to disconnect, toggle to the Partners tab, and remove Proxima as a partner.
